3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Classes can be booked through our website or via the Glofox app, available on the App Store and Play Store.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to qualify for a refund or reschedule.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the class fee.
5. Health and Safety
By participating in our classes, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit your participation. Please inform the instructor of any health concerns before the class.
6. Limitation of Liability
BodyRock Reformer Pilates is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in our classes. Participation is at your own risk.
